Every one of us has experienced it: waking up in the morning after an evening spent outdoors in the cool of late Spring, leaning in toward the bathroom mirror, examining and stressing over the red protrusions that could either be something bad, or something worse.
But how do you tell which is which?
With this clear and concise reference list you'll quickly be able to determine whether that small red bump is the beginnings of a large and uncomfortable pimple, or an easily irritated itchy bite that you should avoid touching at all costs.
- If there are multiple, and you know for a fact that many mosquitoes aren't out yet, it might be a zit.
- If there are multiple, and they are of varying sizes and/or colors, it might be a zit.
- If it doesn't itch at all, even when provoked, it might be a zit.
- If you were wearing shorts all night, but there are none on your legs and fifty on your face, it might be a zit.
- If it has a white or black head, it might be a zit.
- If you're pregnant, and you haven't experienced a phenomenon like this since junior year, it's probably a zit.
They're probably all zits.
Sorry.
